Complete all-season wheel sets for Mercedes R-Class

All-season complete wheels – inspected rims with brand-new all-season tyres carrying the Alpine symbol (3PMSF): approved for summer and winter alike, no seasonal tyre change. You choose the tyre brand; we mount the new tyres and ship the set within about 3–5 working days.

The Mercedes R-Class (W251/V251) combines luxury, spaciousness, and long-distance comfort in a unique crossover between a van and an SUV. With six or seven seats, a high curb weight, long wheelbases, and optional 4Matic all-wheel drive, the R-Class requires technically precisely matched all-season complete wheels that maximize load capacity, stability, and comfort.

The various engine variants – from R 280 and R 300 to R 350, R 500, and the CDI diesels – differ in axle loads and brake sizes, which makes the selection of suitable rims particularly relevant.

Reifenshop Landshut offers all-season wheels that are 100% compatible with all R-Class versions.

🔧 Why the Mercedes R-Class needs special all-season complete wheels

1. Very high axle loads & vehicle weight

The R-Class has:

• large body

• three rows of seats

• high total weight

→ Only reinforced rims with high load capacities are suitable.

2. Long version (V251) = even higher rear axle loads

Important for:

• stability when loaded

• holiday & long-distance journeys

3. Large brake systems for more powerful engines & AMG-Line

Therefore necessary:

• brake-approved rims

• sufficient inner clearance

4. 4Matic requires exact rolling circumference

To protect the all-wheel-drive system:

• identical tire heights

• same tread condition

→ Prevents damage to the differential & transfer case.

5. All-season tires improve luxurious driving comfort

Premium all-season tires ensure:

• quiet rolling comfort

• short braking distances

• superior road holding

• stable straight-line stability

→ Perfect for long family trips.
