Complete winter wheel sets for BMW M3

The BMW M3 has stood for motorsport on the road for generations: high engine performance, wide wheel arches, large M brake systems, actively controlled rear axle differentials and – depending on the model – M xDrive. As a result, the M3 places particularly high demands on winter wheel sets to ensure maximum traction, cornering stability, and driving safety even in winter.

At Reifenshop Landshut, you will find winter wheels that are 100% compatible with all M3 generations – including correct ET values, load capacity approvals, clearance for large M brakes, and rolling circumference for RWD and xDrive.

✔ Compatible with all BMW M3 variants:

• M3 E90 Sedan

• M3 E92 Coupé

• M3 E93 Convertible

🔧 Why does the BMW M3 require special winter wheel sets?

1. Huge M Brake System

The M3 has – depending on the model –:

• 380–400+ mm brake discs

• large brake calipers
  → Only brake-approved rims fit.

2. High Engine Power & Instant Turbo Torque

This requires:

• extremely good traction

• winter-optimized rubber compounds

• stable, reinforced sidewalls

3. M xDrive (G80/G81) = sensitive to rolling circumference

For M3 xDrive, the following applies:

• identical tire circumference on all wheels

• otherwise: all-wheel drive errors & drive problems

4. Wide track & special ET values

The M3 has:

• wider axles

• widened wheel arches

• specific offsets

→ Standard 3-series wheels do NOT fit.

5. Weight & Performance Requirements

Winter tires must offer:

• high load capacities

• V/W/Y speed ratings

• sports car-suitable construction
